Subject: Obscure Music Video (1983) I Love You...I know

Please help! I am trying to track down a music video I saw around 2:00 am during the summer of 1983. I only saw it once and never again. I remember a man and woman in a car that was spinning around and a round, and the only lyrics I remember are the man saying "I love you" and the woman replies "I know". I love you.......I know.......can't get it out of my head and need to find the band and/or the actual video, if it exists.
