Subject: Where exactly is UBU sitting?

When the OOV voice says "sit UBU, sit" where is UBU actually located. For mine it looks as if UBU is in an urban French environment. I say this based upon two key facts, firstly, if you look to the background the buildings look very much like traditional Parisian apartments, secondly, Pere Ubu was a french protagonist in a play, and also a Cleveland Ohio band. Family Ties was set in Columbus Ohio, and the "sit UBU, sit" moniker appears at the end of each episode.....so there's another link, not really supportive of my initial thesis, but what the hey right.

UBU was Gary David Goldberg's dog. Goldberg used it at the end of every show he produced (which also includes: 'Brooklyn Bridge' and 'Spin City'). Not sure where UBU is, but I gather in a park somewhere in the USA
