Subject: toy from the mid 80's......

Looking for some help in identifying a toy from the mid 80's. I'll try my best to describe them. They were action figures about 8-10" tall. As I recall they were some sort of aqua toy, as I remember most of the accessories had something to do with the water. They had holes on their bodies to snap the accessories onto. There was 4 or 5 of them and they were different colors i.e red/yellow/blue. It was kinda like a Big version of GI Joe. I cant think of anything else at the moment, but if I do, I will add to post. Thanks in advance for the help.
