Radical - 1982-1988 (although short term "rad" common into early '90s)
Tubular - 1982-1987
Wicked - early '80s - 1990
Bodacious - early '80s - c. 1987
Awesome - early '80s - present day
Fly - late '80s, early '90s
Stoked - mid to late '80s
Dork - '80s - mid '90s
Gnarly - early '80s - c. 1987
Righteous - early to mid '80s
Tight (negative form) - early to late '80s

Totally- about 1980-1986?
Dude- late '60s-present
Fer shurr- strictly 1982-1985

'Wicked' and 'Sick' are sort of declining - unfortunately. 'Wicked' was a word I used alot about 1999-2000. Sk8r slang seems more a 90s thing.
