Subject: Twister pamphlet

Does anyone remember the Twister Safety pamphlet they used to hand out every year at school? I think it was yellow with a red "mean looking" twister on the front and then on the other side was a model of your house or something?

I would love to see a pic of that if anyone out there knows how to track down an image. I've tried looking under every search I can think of and nothing so far.
