Subject: toys of the 80's

am trying to find a toy from the 80's. can't remember the name, but it was a small plush doll that had velcro accessories. hair, nose, clothing and other stuff. you could put his or her hair piece on the head, chin or chest to make a cave man. had other parts too that would create either male or female dolls. anyone have a clue...would greatly appreciate any help
