Nah, I say no, they were pretty attractive and had nice voices. I wasn't a fan, but liked the song 'Seasons Change'

Nah, they weren't cheesy. They fit right in with the late 80's Freestyle scene :)

I'm not from the US, but have to say that I loved the Freestyle period with artists like Expose, Sweet Sensation, Pretty Poison, George Lamond, Corina, Debbie Deb, Timmy T and Stevie B to name but a few. They were just fab.
