You ever notice the little things? Like the reflection of the camera crew in a car window or bathroon mirror?
One that stands out is in the first Beverly Hill Cop when Eddie Murphy tosses the bad guy over the buffet table, you see for a split 2nd they used a double for Murphy, I guy who was heavier and twice his size. People in the theater noticed it too and were laughing.

In "Pee Wee's Big Aadventure", the scene where he is chaining his bike to the clown you can see the chain coming up through the bottom the chain storage compartment (not sure what to call it).
In "Pretty in Pink" Andrew McCarthy's hair is totally different in the last few scenes of the movie, because they had to re-shoot it and he had arleady starting filming a new movie where he had to shave his head.

Same with Kelly McGillis in Top Gun. When they shot the scene in the elevator she was already in Witness and had a different hair color so they put a baseball cap on her.
