Subject: Does anyone remember this football game?

I am not sure what year it was made, but this football game had these little disks (they looked like little records) which were the plays.
You placed them in a player and a voice told you what happened on the play. Two people could play as offense and defense. I think it had a cardboard playing field but I am not sure. That is all I can remember about it.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
