Remember in the 80's when some 45's came with a sleeve that folded out into a poster? I have a few of these:

Corey Hart - Never Surrender
Corey Hart - Still in Love
Glass Tiger - Someday
Richard Marx - Satisfied
Was (Not Was) - Walk the Dinosaur

I didn't have any 45s with fold-outs, but I did have a few Paula Abdul 12" singles that folded into posters.
