i need ideas for a stage backdrop for an 80's-themed event. any ideas? any imagery that'ss just scream "eighties!!"? any help would be much appreciated. thanks y'all

Spray paint the word Breakin', but make it good and bold.

hard to come up with visuals... most people tell me their 80s experience was defined by music...

What about big movie posters of famous 80's films / television shows? Miami Vice, A-Team etc

I remember alot of bold prints and pastels being worn.  The were alot of prints being worn too.  :D

I remember a lot of spray paint....

Like someone would take a blank wall or canvas or whatever and just spray it. The process would show lots of spots and lines (like paint dripping) rather than completely covering the canvas there would be areas where the item painted  could be seen.

I'm probably doing a lousy job of describing it. . . It was kind of like something Jackson Pollack would paint but more New Wave or Punk.
