Hyperactive had the best video! I got to see Thomas Dolby live once, at a pretty small venue - it was a lot of fun.

I picked "Science", since I was only given a choice of one.
If I had to pick a second, it would have been the soundtrack to the long-form music video "Beyond The Mind's Eye". This was a 90 minute long music video, where it was all Thomas Dolby music, set around computer graphics. I absolutely love this. He does an awesome version of "Minnie The Moocher" that has to be heard to be believed.

Like many, I picked "Science". I have a copy of "The Wall, Live at the Berlin Wall" with an all-star cast (Bryan Adams, Cyndi Lauper, Albert Finney, and many, many more) and Dolby played the schoolmaster.

One of Our Submarines
My buddy Polly Moller, a classical flutist, covered this song for one of her albums, ganked from her website:
http://www.silverwheel.com/
One of Our Submarines’ is by Thomas Dolby whom I admire greatly and I’ve had such a blast recording his tune and playing it live. That song and the traditional Irish one, ‘Gaoth Barra nd’Tonn’, have become connected in my mind because I envision a situation where, on board the vessel that’s run aground, a sailor from County Donegal comes to the realization that he will never see home again and he sings a lament with his final breaths of air. And on the shore back home, a woman comes out to the water’s edge to sing it, sympathetically because on some level she knows she won’t see him again.
Another one of my favorite Dolby songs is the long and narcotic number from the "Aliens Ate My Buick" album,

I have a soft spot for his perky quirky uptempo album cut, Commercial Breakup:

I only know "She Blinded Me With Science"; that seemed to be his only big hit in the States.

That's the only song I know.
He was probably more successful in his native UK.
