Subject: Bizarre [Sketch Comedy Series]

Does anyone remember the sketch comedy series Bizarre? Filmed out of Toronto and featuring two lead American actors, it ran from 1980-1986. John Byner was the host of the show, and Bob Einstein (real life brother of Albert Brooks) played himself as well as Daredevil Extraordinaire Super Dave Osborne.
On the show, whenever a sketch went wrong, Bob would come onto the set and he and John would bicker back and forth. The Super Dave segments often appeared at the end of the show, in which Super Dave would perform some stunt that would usually go comically wrong (remember announcer Mike Walden's ugly plaid and yellow suits?) ;D
One of the best sketches on the show was the ones where the actors would wear T-Shirts with words on them, and slowly they'd rip off layers of shirts with more words on them, to create a whole silent conversation. Usually the woman would end up topless ;D
In one of the shirt sketches that I remember, a man from an upstairs apartment comes down wearing a shirt that says "Could you please keep the noise down" ;D
The show also featured some regular performers such as Willie Tyler and his dummy Lester as well as Billy Barty. Also, in a 1980 episode, a then unknown Howie Mandel made his TV debut
In 1987, Super Dave became it's own variety series and it ran until 1992
