He was one of the many older artists who had a few comeback hits in the 80's. The Centerfield album was alot like vintage CCR with a little synth rock sound thrown in too. The title track still gets radio play as well as at baseball games.
I also love the 1986 follow-up, Eye of the Zombie (which I only found out about recently!). This was more 80's in sound, also darker and heavier. The title track rocks!
