It is similar in the stile a this song "bizarre triangle love" of new order (I do love it too) and I think that the easier clue is those... it was a couple talking, maybe flirting with a musical tone in their voices and then she said."NO WAAAY"

Maybe the voice principal of the intro (it is also a little music) could be of the girl, I repeat that the clue easier is when she says: NO WAAAAYYYYYYYY  and....
