Subject: Workin on this puzzle

I'm working on this puzzle that has these obscure clues to 80s (and some 70s I think) movies and TV shows. I stumbled on this board (which RULES) so I'm a bit distracted reading everybodys posts, but anyone have any ideas how to search movie plots or TV intros for these things?
