Both very different artists, though still very successful, with great songs with memorable music videos 8)
I would select both...
Though I'll select Madonna. :) Back when she was cool.
I also like U2 videos like "Sunday Bloody Sunday" & "Where The Streets Have No Name" 8)

Erm I love Madonna and all her many incarnations over the years.
Nowadays she is always on TV over here advertising her well-loved childrens books. :)

I like Madonna because she was so controversial with some of her videos, like "Like A Prayer."

I like U2 waaay better, but Madonna's videos were much more entertaining and had more of a story to them.
