Subject: 80's MTV Video featuring a spacesuit and a blue convertible

Does anyone remember a 1980's MTV Video featuring a spacesuit and a blue convertible? I believe the video aired between 1982 and 1984. In the video, either the space helmet explodes or fireworks are reflected in the glass face shield.

I remember the Cars "You kept it going" has a convertible and I think there was a part where he was in space. I'm probably wrong though.
