Subject: Help with a song

Okay guys...once again while driving a random fragment of a song from our favorite decade popped into my brain and now it's slowly consuming my soul and sucking my will to live. I can't for the life of me figure out what the song is or who recorded it, so I'm turning once again to you guys for help.
The only part of the song I can recall is either a part of the pre-chorus or the chorus and goes something like:
"You should hear how she talks about you, you should hear what she says. She says she was in love without you..." or something to that effect. I remember it was an upbeat song and that it was a male vocal.
Any help, as always, is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
