Subject: Mystery PBS show.

There was show - an educational one, I'm guessing - that had this little cartoon segment.  It had some kind of "potpurri machine" that, while processing stuff, would sing "la la la la."  The machine literally had lips attached to it.  Occasionally, the machine had a blinking eye rather than a singing mouth.  Does this show ring a bell with anyone?  Anybody know what it was called?
