Freddie Mercury was pretty hot on the keyboards. Particularly love his work on "I Was Born To Love You".
Also well worth a mention:
Tim Finn (Split Enz) -loved his piano solo on "I Hope I Never".
Roy Hay (Culture Club) -a classicly trained pianist, check out his work on "Less Than Perfect", the final track from their latest studio album, Don't Mind If I Do....(1998)

Jonathan Cain - Journey (love their late 80's songs like "Girl Can't Help it" - blows away the Gregg Rolie years, just IMHO).

I don't know if this is my favorite keyboardist, but Gillian Gilbert of New Order is pretty cool.

I just found out his famous "Crockett's Theme" was just released as a single in the States(first time ever!), and it's heading right for the Top 10.
