In 1989, a new singer emerged with the hot dance single, "I Want You". Shana's song was a HUGE hit here in Chicago. It did reach the Billboard Top 40. I still have her cassette.

I Want You So Bad I need you, it's driving me mad!!!
I saw her at a local radio station's summerfest at the height of freestyle in 1990! Cool!

I think Shana even did a cameo in the 1989 flick, Teen Witch with Robin Lively.
