I heard a Rumour (great song!), followed by Cruel Summer and Venus.
I never owned a Bananarama album. I simply would buy their singles on cassettes.

Has to be Cruel Summer. I also like Really Saying Something and they did an ok remake of Venus.

"It Ain't What You Do It The Way That You Do It" (1982) does it for me. One of the coolest songs of the '80s. But I'm as fond of "Really Saying Something" (1982), "Shy Boy" (1982), "Cruel Summer" (1983), "Robert De Niro's Waiting" (1984) and "Venus" (1986) too. SAW (Stock/Aitken/Waterman) penned songs of theirs ("Venus" aside) I don't like that much at all.

1982's Shy Boy was my favourite. It was their first single to crack the Canadian top 40 :)
