Where are you pulling this pic from? The internet, your hard drive. It seems like it doesn't have the right format, either .jpg, .bmp, etc.
If its from the internet...it may be protected by that site as well so that you can't copy it. A way around that is to try to save it to your hard drive and then upload it to your message. Good luck

What are you testing? ??? I don't see anything in the thread (no pic, no red x, no words...) only thing I see is a guitar playing silhouette for an avatar.
