That's Deborah (Debbie) Gibson from the late 1980's.
She was an '80's pop singer known for hits like "Only In My Dreams" & "Lost In Your Eyes".
Like Britney, but played instruments, wrote/produced songs, wore clothes, and much prettier.

I don't know if you noticed,but woops has about a thousand threads going about Debbie Gibson.So my guess is that it's Debbie Gibson.. ;)

I just wanted to say that Britney did in fact co-write most of her songs on her most recent album(not her greatest hits) before she took a break. Besides, I like music whether it's written by someone else or not. That's all, just my opinion.
