Subject: Let's Discuss Full House
Written By: Full_House_Fan on 02/04/05 at 11:31 pm
One of my favorite episodes is the one where they go to Vegas and Joey almost wins $100,000. My favorite character is probably Jesse (imo the star of the show along with Michelle in later episodes).

My favorite episode is where Scott Baio guest stars. I love that episode. It was on just the other day.

I like all the episodes...its like a comfort show to me since I watched it when I was in junior high.
My favorite character is DJ.

Joey was my favorite, in fact my friends used to say I look like him(but to that I say "Cut-It-Out!"). Even after 17 years, I still loathe Danny, he was such a wooden, idiotic, jack--- (but apparently that's how the actor is in real life, sad). D.J. was my favorite of the girls, though I could've done with a little less Ki... well, you know who. And JFTR, my favorite episodes had them hanging out with the not-featured-often-enough Beach Boys.
Baby Michelle: Ko-ko-mo.
Brian Wilson: A request!

I loved Full House, when I was a kid. My favorite character was DJ and I also like Stephanie. It was interesting to see the kids get themselves into all kinds of situations. Michelle was cute when she was a a baby but she turned into kind of an annoying kid :P. I didnt like her much when she got older. Danny, Jesse, Joey and Becky were cool characters. I did not like Kimmy that much, she was annoying.

I like DJ too. Stephanie was too little-girlish and although Michelle was cute, she'd get on my nerves pretty quickly. Plus DJ was the best looking sibling at the time (well from 91 onward anyway). I have seen the site, Jennifer :) It's nice. Too bad there's no NHL now though :( I'm sure Candace and Valeri have plenty of money at least.
I don't see why many don't like the later episodes or think they're inferior to the ones in the eighties. Michelle didn't really "steal the show" and if she did, she really did from the beginning anyway. IMO the 1989-1991 episodes were the best, followed by the 1987-88 and 1992-95 tied.
The first season was probably the worst season actually because it seemed so lifeless. I mean the house was far from "Full". I don't think Jesse's twins were altogether necessary though, but the guy had to have kids, so it was the best choice :)
I also think Danny and Vicky should of gotten married in the very last episode. The last episode is sad :(

I think it was the episode where DJ turned 13 and had her first kiss with a boy.

I can't believe it's already been 10 years. So,why don't they have like a Full House reunion or call a new show Fuller House or something with everybody grown up and have kids of their own.

I don't feel old, but it's funny how I was alive for most of FH's run and it's considered old school. Weird!

I don't know why Full House was so engaging, it had LOTS of bad T.V. qualities, like bad acting, played out situation, and REALLY bad bad one liners, but for some reason it is just completely captivating.

As far as I know, Full House is the only sitcom in American TV history to ever assign a catchphrase for all the original characters. Anyone ever notice that?
Jesse: Have Mercy! Danny: Wake Up, San Francisco!
Joey: Cut-It-Out! D.J./Kimmy: Whoa, Baby!
Stephanie: How Rude! Michelle: You Got It, Dude!
(did the last two have to rhyme, though?)
I wonder why one was never written for Becky, though.

Doc
