Subject: Obscure foreign kids movie from the 80's??

Anyone remember a movie(probably Swedish or Norwegian) about a kid who brings home a rhinoceros...Not remebering the title.
I think he tries to hide it in his house by painting it with flowers or it is pink and he tries to make his family think they are seeing things??
I think it was even dubbed in English when I saw it in the 80's at a kids night at the movies(wayy before the action/crass movies started filling theaters)...
