This thime, I'll vote for U2 for the fact they're still making great albums... 8)

Personally, I liked U2 better when they were Irish. I'm going with Depeche Mode.

Absolutely. I didn't vote because they are both seriously the s**t, but U2's new stuff make me want to drown myself in disgust.

Im saddened by the turnout. You cant get more overrated...and more flat sounding than U2.
Come on, after 85...nearly all their songs sounded the same.. all epic and emotional... (to me anyway, but you can bash me if you'd like).
Just come on, after the same sound over and over- it gets too old...too fast.
Maybe Im just anti- U2... but other than War, and the pilot single off of How to Dismantle An Atomic Bomb, there just isnt anything worhy of the space between my ears produced by these guys.
Depeche mode is better, however they became goth in the 90s. I dispise their transition alot less than I dispise U2's sound in general.
