This song gets stuck in my head constantly and I can't remember who sings it. The video has a guy and a girl in raincoats (anoraks) with umbrellas, singing in the rain. "Tears on your Anorak" ?? or something else.  :\'(

thanks. That helps a little. I havent been able to track it down anywhere on line. It seems to have fallen off. :(
