Subject: 80s computer game

Hi all - I am trying to find out the name of a computer game that my sister and I used to play.
We don't remember too much about it other than a few simple characteristics:
- there were no graphics, it was all just written text and you had type in the movements for your character (i.e. walk north, walk south, talk to nanny, etc.)
- the story line had something to do with a bomb that was going to explode
- there was some mention of nanny's walking around with parambulas in the park
- it had some british undertones (nannies, parambulas, etc)
- you were in the park and your umbrella was stuck in the tree
I know all of this is vague but if anyone has any idea... please let me know!
