I saw this old post. Does anyone remember what that halloween costume was.

Does anyone remember a popular Halloween costume from the early 80's that included a blow up head that fit on top of the child's head. Seems like it was 1982 or 1983. They was a yellow one and an orange one. (Possibly others) This is driving me crazy, but I remember that every kid wanted to wear these as costumes. What cartoon did they come from?
