Some I can think of just right off hand are:
Scott Baio from Charles in Charge______Cousin, Billy Baio in Soap
Missy Gold in Benson________________Sister Tracey Gold in Growing Pains
Kirk Cameron in Growing Pains_________Sister Candace Cameron in Full House
Melissa Gilbert in Little House on the Prairie__Sister Sara Gilbert in Roseanne
Justine Bateman in Family Ties_________Brother Jason Bateman in Silver Spoons
Adopted brothers Patrick and Matthew Laborteaux were both on Little House on the Prairie
David Cassidy was in the Partridge Family, along with his stepmom, Shirley Jones___brother Shaun Cassidy played in The Hardy Boys, and brother Patrick has been in tv movies. Talented family.
I'm sure there are dozens more, can anyone else add to this list?

Meredith Baxter Birney was on Family Ties - in the 60's her mother Whitney Blake was on the show Hazel.

John Travolta played Vinnie Barbarino on Welcome Back Kotter (in the 70s) and his sister Ellen Travolta played Horshack's mother and the mother in Charles in Charge AND Chachi's mother on Happy Days.
