It was a small blond doll that was in a praying position. She was constantly kneeling and had her little hands up by her face in a praying position. She had big blue eyes and a little nightgown....i'm dying to find one! Anyone remember her???

I think maybe you're remembering the Precious Moments figurines??
Blond little girl, kneeling, praying, in a nightgown. There was also a little boy to match.
They are still fairly popular I think. You should be able to find them at places like Hallmark or equivalent.
