Subject: Can someone help identify this food?

members of another board of mine are going crazy trying to find the answer -- myself and another poster remember eating it as kids (in the 80's) but can't remember what it was called.
it was a granola type bar with nougat in the middle -- i believe you could get it with chocolate chips (in the granola part) as well. i seem to recall it being called "kudos", but i'm not 100% sure.

Sounds like Kudos to me & they still sell them in every grocery store I've been to ???

they were always in the chip isle at kroger here in columbus oh. They were in a lime green foil type bag. they were waffle chips with cheddar type cheese in the middle. Can't remember the name

Nougat, what goofy stuff, this lady in my office hates nougat. I personally like it, nougaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat rules, lol ;D

I'm not sure if it's the same, but I've been trying to think of this maybe granola bar, maybe a candy bar that was coated on the outside with something (maybe chocolate chips?) but it was ROUND. That seems to be the distinguishing feature to me, and my mom wouldn't let me get them b/c they were too expensive, but I always wanted them from the commercials. What are they???
