I saw Hairspray in the theater i when it first came out (in 1989?) and haven't seen it since. The one part that I really remember is when Debbie Harry get this absolutely INSANE, trashy, horrible-looking beehive hairdo with a door built into the side so she can conceal a bomb inside of it. I remember laughing my a** off when I saw that. ;D ;D ;D

Its a classic movie that recently became a wonderful live Broadway stage production. Great music and cool costumes.

I would love to see it in the theater (as in a play form). I love the movie. At first I was like, huh? but it grew on me each time I watched it. :)
