Subject: Pretty In Pink Mystery
I have noticed at the end of the credits of the movie Pretty In Pink it states in memory of Alex Kinston {last name probably spelled wrong }. She played Molly Ringwald's friend in the movie, her name was Jenna. I would like to know how she died {it seems she died during the making of the film }. I have been wondering about this FOREVER. Any information would greatly be appreciated. Please post in response to message. THANKS!!!

"In the end credits, Pretty in Pink is dedicated to Alexa Kenin (along with Bruce Weintraub). I have long wondered what happened to Ms. Kenin, and thanks to Pamela, I now know that she was tragically murdered in New York shortly after the filming of the movie. I have been asked, and wondered myself, how this could be true since Ms. Kenin played a role in the 1989 movie Animal Behavior. The answer is that Animal Behavior was actually filmed in 1984, but not released until 1989. So she did not come back from the dead to film another movie!"
