The two male sidekicks were Colin Quinn and the keyboard player who I believe was named Dave. I am probably wrong on the keyboard guy but he was there from day one. People such as Adam Sandler and Dennis Leary had bit parts now and then but there was no other third male cast member. The third member was a female and it rotated through several of them throughout the course of the show with Kari Wurher being the one who held the third spot for the longest time. Peace brothers and sisters!

I know one of the side kicks was Colin Quinn (now on Saturday Night Live) & I know that Adam Sandler was on there. But, I don't remember a third guy. Viv

If you watch MTV Ultrasound Wannabe A VJ, it talks about who was on there. I too only remember Colin Quinn and Adam Sandler. I think I remember another guy, but I can't remember who he was. I just watched Ultrasound on Saturday. I have a bad memory.
