Subject: Does anyone know the name or group?
I have a very hazy recollection of an eighties tune, but all I remember about it is this pinging guitar thing at the beginning, and the lyrics "Baby, you send me" and "That's the way it goes...I guess". I know that this probably isn't very helpful, but does anyone know the name of the group or the song? It would help me out enormously. Thanks!

Hi! I believe the song you are looking for is "Set Adrift on Memory Bliss" by PM Dawn (awesome song, by the way!) It was also re-done by the Backstreet Boys a couple of years ago but the original is still the best! Hope this helps! :o)

By the way, for all you young kids out there, "Set adrift on memory bliss" by P.M. Dawn is based entirely on a sample of "True" by the British group Spandau Ballet from around 1983.

One of the few, rare cases where a sample really worked well. "True" was one of those really good adolescent make-out songs and I remember it fondly and when "Set Adrift" came out I thought to myself, "Damn...that actually isn't bad at all." Listen to it on a good high end sytem and its really done well. Peace brothers and sisters!
