Subject: 80's TV Show

Written By: Heather on 4/5/2000 at 1:35 a.m.

HELP! There was this TV show that came on in the mid to late 80's and it was on the USA network or TBS or some cable channel like that. It was a half-hour sitcom and it was about this woman who was a flapper in the 1920's, and I think her name was Ethel Dugan (I THINK). Anyways, she was struck by a trolley car and killed. She returned as a ghost in the 1980's and became these people's housekeeper or something. If you know the name of this show, please let me know~ This is driving me CRAZY!! thanks heather
