I've been racking my mind about this song and its performer. All I have are the following lyrics: "close the windows, shut the door, Ooh a Monster, a Scary Monster." Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I believe the song you're referring to is "Monster" by Fred Schneider( you know the guy from the B52s) Does it also say Got a monster in my pants and it does a scary dance? if so than for sure this IS the song. The video for this is hillarious!!!
