Subject: Ian Dury RIP
On the 4'o'clock news on the radio this afternoon I heard the news that Ian Dury had finally lost his battle against cancer. From the age of about 13 Ian Dury was my musical hero. When I first heard 'New Boots and Panties' I didn't play anything else for weeks. The same happened with 'Do It Yourself' and others. He was a musical genius and will be very sorely missed. P.s. As I'm writing this 'Hit me with your Rythym Stick is on full blast. WOW R.I.P.
