Subject: Tommy Tutone - Teen Angel Eyes
The opening song in the movie "Last American Virgin". The credits are too fuzzy to make out clearly. I'm looking for that opening song (also played during the credits). Sounds like they're saying my "Teen Angel Eyes" and that's what I think it says on the credits. Looks like it's performed by Tommy Tutone (also hard to read). Can someone confirm? and can someone tell me how to get this song (mp3 perhaps) or better yet, the sound track to the movie? tfultz@infoave.net

Yes, the song is titled "Teen Angel Eyes". (Excellent tune!) And yes, it is indeed by the band Tommy Tutone (of "867-5309/Jenny" fame). Tommy Tutone released three albums from 1980-83, and unfortunately, "Teen Angel Eyes" never appeared on any of those albums (I have them all). The song was recorded specifically for the movie "The Last American Virgin", and therefore, the only way to get "Teen Angel Eyes" is to find the soundtrack (and yes, it's on there). Unfortunately, the 1982 soundtrack is long out-of-print, and was released on vinyl LP and cassette only (I have the cassette myself). It's quite in demand today, and therefore expect to pay big bucks should you run across one. And to this day, the soundtrack has never been re-issued on CD here in the U.S...
Subject: Fast Times at Ridgemont High on DVD
I was wondering if anyone out there has seen the DVD release of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High."
If so, is there anything about the movie portion of it that differs from the VHS version? Any material/scenes added, deleted, changed, etc? Is the soundtrack the same as the VHS version (which was redone, dropping the Tom Petty, Donna Summers, etc. songs and replacing them with other songs) or is it the original soundtrack?
Thanks!
