Early 80s dance song with the line "studio line from l'oreal" the chorus may have been "chinese eyes". Does anybody know the artist or name of the song? Thanks, Alex

Not sure, I read on another site that a band named Sigue Sigue Sputnik had the line "studio line by loreal, fixing gel, strong hold, be bold" on an album. The person said it was on in between songs. You said early 80s, this band started in 1986 from a former Generation X member named Tony James.

I hope this helps. There is a lot of info on Sigue Sigue Sputnik on the net, just go to any search engine.

Go to this site and you can here a few of their AUDIO CLIPS.

I have a Sigue Sigue Sputnik album, and I believe you are correct! Of course it's been years since I listened to it, but that does sound right.
