Subject: Mazada commercial song
This has been driving me nuts recently.
What is the song that Mazda is using for their car commercial(Protege I think)?
The song is sort of done in a half speaking/half singing style.
Any help is appreciated.

Although the words have obviously been changed to suit the commercial, the underlying beat and melody are from '88 Lines About 44 Women' by The Nails.

The actual song itself would not be useable as it contained lines about death, drugs, and sex, as well as making made use of the "F" word.
Funny . . . when the song came out it was regarded as "controversial" and now they've adapted it for use in a television commercial.
