I could swear there's an 80s song that has an intro or maybe part of the song that has a guy saying, "Oh, Olivia," and then Olivia answers back, they're kind of talking before the singing starts. I know this is not much to go on, but I told my girlfriend Olivia I'd find this song.

There was a song that said "Oh Sylvia..." "Yes Mickey?" "How do you call your loverboy?" and so on before the singing starts. The song is called "Love is Strange" and it's from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. Could this be the one you are thinking of?
