Subject: Name that tune
There was a song, sometime in the mid-eighties, that had the lyrics, "Wild horses couldn't drag me from you" as well as some stuff about a "flat-bed ford." It also included the lyrics, "hey, hey it's a beautiful thing." My sister and I seem to be the only people who remember this song. We just have to know if any one can name this song--we can not remember the name of the song or who did it. It is not the Rolling Stones "Wild Horses"

the part about the "flat bed ford" sounds like- take it easy. " Its a girl my lord, in a flat bed ford. slowing down to take a look at me"

The song is called 'Wild Horses' and is by Canadian Artist Gino Vanelli. It was a huge #1 hit here. It is on his album "Big Dreamers Never Sleep" from about 1989/90. You may have to order it as an import title as I couldn't find it on any of the CD websites I usually visit. Check out "ginov.com" for more information.
