I remember a cartoon that was a group of baby crimestoppers,,,there was the baby who I think was Diaper Man,,,and his friend plastic or elastic man,,,there was some sort of birdman and a ropeman,,,or something like it,,,desperately wanting the name of the show or the "group" and there correct names,,,would be delightful if u knew where i could download a picture for a friend who thinks that i am crazy

I don't remember the show, but I found your cartoon . . .
Than name was "The Mighty Heroes" and it was originally broadcast from 10/29/66 To 9/2/67 and, it was created by Ralph Bakshi.
You can find a picture of the group as well as everything you'd probably want to know about the series at the Yesterdayland.com web site.
