Subject: FACE TO FACE
Since ChuckyG is from the Boston area, I thought this might be a good place to ask . . .
Is anyone out there familiar with the 80s band from the Boston area called Face to Face? They had a hit around 1985 called "10-9-8."
Is there anything out there on the web about them? Any fan pages, etc? Since there is a new "punk" band out there with the same name, all of my searches come up with stuff about the 90s group. I found a little info on the AMG (All Music Guide) and UBL (Ultimate Band List) sites. I think that their stuff is out of print, since music retail sites only turn up stuff by the 90s group.
(ChukyG: Since you are from their home town area, do you have any info?)
If any of you are familiar with Face to Face, please also see the October 29 posting by Mark Allinson titled, "Unknown 80's American Pop/rock group" (as well as my November 2 response). Does the group on the tape he describes sound like it might be Face to Face?

I've heard of them, but that's about it.. when you get into bands that didn't make it big, there's generally not much info on the Internet about them...
