Subject: Here's to a qucik World Series! (Freaks&Geeks)
Here's hoping that the World Series finishes without a need for Game 6.
Game 6 is scheduled for Saturday night, the night that the new "Freaks and Geeks" episode is to be broadcast. If the World Series wraps up before this, then we will finally get to see a new episode of "Freaks and Geeks." That would be a really good thing, since they've only aired two episodes and it has been preempted for the past three weeks by baseball.
One good thing, though, regardless of how the series turns out, NBC has scheduled a rerun of the "Freaks and Geeks" pilot for Friday the 29th. This is on the schedule and should be uninfluenced by baseball.
So . . . may the best team win . . . and may they do it before Game 6!

of course, being from the Boston area, nothing makes me more sick to the stomache than that... but at least Freaks and Geeks will be on this weekend.. and no more games pre-empt the stuff I watch.. so I guess I can live with it >grin<

And what makes you even more sick to your stomach is that Roger Clemens was the winning pitcher!
