Rumour has it in 2000 a remake of the grand film The Breakfast Club is going to be shot. Is this true? Who knows more?

I HOPE this is just a RUMOR...why does Hollywood feel the need to continuously take classic films and slaughter them??? "The Breakfast Club" is a classic, and they need to leave it alone! Don't mess with perfection.

I agree with you 100%, Michelle! Why does it seem so hard for Hollywood to come up with new material?! Why do they have to go and capitalize off the ones that they know did well? It's the same with songs, as nowadays a lot of young artists are doing remakes of classic tunes....What a shame!!!
